On 14 and 15 October 2021, the GreenDeal4Buildings project consortium began preparing the stakeholder round tables with the first workshop and project meeting at the Association of Construction Entrepreneurs of Slovakia.
On the first day, 14 October, a workshop was held to define the format of the round tables and the topics for the first and second round table meetings. The project partners defined the form of the round tables, the number of participants, the level of stakeholder representation and details of the chairman of the round tables, the dates of the first two meetings and the government’s representation at the opening of the round tables.
On 15 October, the project partners met at a project meeting to discuss technical and organizational issues of project implementation. Specifically, working groups were defined, deadlines were agreed for the elaboration of the program for the inaugural round table meeting and for addressing key participants and processing the invitations. The elaboration of the communication plan, the project website, and the presentation of the project on social networks were also discussed. A project advisor from the CINEA agency also took part in the project meeting in the form of a video call.
